Day 1. Rio de Janeiro
Arrival in Rio , reception and transfer to the 5* Copacabana Palace Hotel, one of the world's greatest hotels.
Day 2. Rio de Janeiro
After breakfast, a full day visit of the “marvellous city” including a sightseeing tour to Sugar Loaf Mountain. The spectacular Sugarloaf Mountain , rises to an altitude of 396 metres (1300ft) from the water's edge of Guanabara Bay and is one of the most popular places to visit in Rio de Janeiro.
After lunch, a trip to the heart of Rio for a historical city tour including Santa Teresa, the Teatro Municipal and the Fine Arts
Museum, the São Bento Monastery, the Candelaria (the candle-makers), Praça XV (where the royal family landed when they first arrived in Rio.
Return to your hotel and dinner at the Pergula restaurant.
Day 3. Rio de Janeiro
After breakfast, a half day visit to
Corcovada. After, a trip to the Tijuca forest, a luxuriant tropical forest only minutes away from this huge metropolis. The Tijuca Forest is considered the largest urban forest in the world. It has 330 square kms of preserved Mata Atlântica ( Tropical Forest ), the highest mountaintops of Rio , waterfalls and hidden caves. A rich flora, with a great biodiversity and an incomparable natural beauty. Dinner at an international restaurant.
Day 4. Rio de Janeiro A full day private visit by boat to the tropical islands around Rio.
During the cruise, there will be stops for swimming on semi-desert beaches to give even more charm to this fabulous tour. Lunch is served on the island: an assortment of wonderful fish stews, assorted seafood, salads and barbecue of your choice. After lunch, there is free time to enjoy the beach on the island. Board of the schooner for your return to Itacuruçá and return to Rio .

Day 5. Rio de Janeiro -
Iguazu
Transfer to the airport for the flight to Iguazu . Reception and transfer to Tropical Das Cataratas
Hotel. It is the only hotel on the Brazilian side of the Iguazu Falls that faces the Iguazu Falls . After lunch, free time to enjoy this wonderful world heritage site. Dinner at the hotel.
Day 6. Iguaçú Full day excursion of the Iguazu falls, the most voluminous falls in the world and more than three times the width of the Niagara Falls . The falls cascade in a horseshoe crescent over nearly 3.2km of the Iguazu River. The Falls are the result of a volcanic eruption. During the rainy season of November - March, the rate of flow of water going over the falls may reach 450,000 cubic feet (12,750 cubic m) per second. The falls lie on the three borders of Brazil , Argentina and Paraguay .
The tour will include a Macuco safari boat ride on the Parana River , heading towards the Iguazu falls themselves.
Day 7. Iguazu – Argentinean Side
Today, you will cross the border and enter Argentina for a closer view of these magnificent falls. Set in a subtropical rain forest reserve of over 180,000 hectares, Iguazu is home to jaguars, pumas, caiman and over 400 species of bird. It also offers a chance of seeing the falls close up. Return to Brazil and your hotel.
Day 8. Iguazu to Sao Poalo to Manaus
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for the flight to Sao Paulo and your connecting flight to Manaus, a city in north-west Brazil and capital of Amazonas State. A great diversity of wildlife can be found even in the surroundings of Manaus. It is also place for one of the most endangered primates in Brazil - the Pied tamarin. Transfer to your hotel, the 5* Hotel Tropical Manaus. Dinner.
Day 9. Manaus to Ariau Towes After breakfast, pick up from your hotel to the heliport for the 15 minute helicopter ride to Ariau Towers, an ecological resort built on stilts in the waters of the Rio Negro, literally in the middle of nowhere. This hotel is built among the Amazon treetops: with catwalks 21m above the ground leading from a great circular dining room of polished tropical wood. Monkeys, macaws, sloths, and parrots are found throughout this incredible luxurious tree top Amazonian resort.
Day 10. Ariau Towers After breakfast, a jungle trek with Biologist guides. There is also the opportunity for piranha fishing and after dinner, a torch-light foray in search of Alligators.
Day 11. Ariau Towers
After breakfast, a canoe ride to the native Acajatuba Village and Praia Grande. Lunch at the hotel followed by an Igarapé and Igapó ride through the river system of the Amazon.
Day 12. Ariau to Manaus to Sao Paulo This morning, we head out on an early sunrise tour over the magnificent Amazon jungle before breakfast. We then return to Manaus by helicopter and transfer to the airport for your flight to Sao Paulo and your return flight home
